Awful scent

The new scent is much too strong and unpleasant.

New scent has made product unusable

I’m very disappointed in the scent change for this product. I suffer from migraines, triggered by strong scents, and have relied on this products for many, many years as the scent was very mild. The new formula is much too strong and has a very pungent perfume scent that lingers in the air and on the skin. I will not be able to use this product any longer on account of the strong scent. I hope you will consider returning to the previous scent formula for this product. In the meantime, I will need to look elsewhere for hand soap. So disappointing.

New Formula is Awful!

I bought this refill recently and hate it. Why did you change the formula from the old Aloe Vera hand soap? The new formula has an overpowering smell and is very drying on the skin.

Sad, used to love this!

I recently bought a big refill and couldn’t figure out why there was a strong smell from the soap. I checked the container to see if I bought the wrong one, but it seems they changed the formula and now the scent is much stronger. I previously used to wash make up off my face but now I can’t do that. I’ll have to find another unscented soap replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased a refill bottle of your hand soap with Aloe Vera,
however it now comes with a terrible new sent added and gives my wife headaches.

I finally ran out of my last bottle of the old formula and now need to figure out what to do. Clearly, from the reviews, no one likes the new formula. Are there plans to bring back the old scent?

We do not have any updates on bringing previous formula's back but you'll never know a product is good personally unless you try!

I’m a huge fan of this soap and used it for year. I was shocked to see they’ve changed the formula to an aweful scent. I’ll need to look elsewhere now for a new hand soap. So disappointing..

The new formula is terrible

The old formula smelled fresh and clean. It is what my family has used for years. The new formula is absolutely terrible. It smells like strong, cheap perfume that will not wash off. You lost another customer.
