These declined in quality since the last time I purchased them. The pages no longer have margins at the top now the ruling goes right up the page and some of the pages had slight creases in them from manufacturing. The paper still seems to be the same weight and functions as it should. They are a good value for the price. I bought them because the color of the front cover is helpful in identifying the subject and the spiral is large enough to hold a pen.

There are binders and there are Avery Binders.You won`t ever have to worry about losing pages or snagging while leafing through sheets
