When I used this device for the first time I was waiting for the green light to illuminate that indicates that it's ready and it doesn't it does turn green. Other than that it works as promised.

Paper jam & release button does not work

I My company got this a few weeks ago & I’m the first to use.Laminated 20 documents & didn’t have a problem. Next doc paper jammed & release button doesn’t work. I can’t pull paper out & there’s no way to open it up & retrieve the jammed document. IIs this laminator meant to be disposable?Because it’s your most inexpensive laminator. I looked everywhere online & read the troubleshooting section of the documentation that came with the product ¬hing worked. I cannot pull paper out.

First day of use I laminated two documents. The third one jammed. This thermal laminator does not have a button or lever to unjamm the stuck laminating sheet and one cannot even open it unless one takes it apart.
