I love these Note Pads I used them for Doctors appointments I also use them for a log: for each Doctor Doctor's Name phone Number Appt. date arrival time and reason for the appt. Each Doctor has their own folder I attach the log on to their folder. In the event that I want information I just go back to these folders. You used to have the yellow pads same size as the white and I used them also.
