Horrible perforation! Unacceptable!

I bought these notepads because they are the perfect size for a quick note. The problem is no matter how perfectly you tear the page off it will rip off part of your note and at the same time leave a messy edge on your remaining notepad! The perforation is so poor I can not believe they made this product with their name on it! Believe the reviews- you'll hate it!
