great way to store training materials

I teach one-on-one private language classes (ESL and French) and use these poly jackets for my teaching materials. They fit neatly in my tote bag and are protected from creasing. I can also keep various language topics separate by putting them in separate jackets. This is a great product that I frequently order. Although I use them for professional purchases they could definitely be used for personal purposes e.g. protecting important personal documents photos menus etc.

The folders have changed their style which I think is fine; however the older style folders hold more contents.

While I do like these I prefer the earlier version of the product that had BOTH ends sealed and just the top open with the flap to secure. The various colors help organize different projects.

I'm a Professional Organizer and I recommend this product to all my clients for paper control. I use these pockets to hold papers for projects in progress. They are easy to locate in a pile they are heavy enough to stand upright in a folder stand the side tab keeps things inside. I've also found them to be perfect for the visually impaired - easy to grab and open.

Use for daily organizing and for people who don't mind the Staples logo. Transparency allows you to glance at what's inside.
