A great way to save time and energu

I purchased these envelopes (again) because they make sending out routine checks to vendors and service personell so much easier than hand writing an envelope or printing out labels. I would highly recommend them. Not only do they make you look more professional but they save time and energy and that is equally as important.

These envelopes are a good value. We use them at our church for mailing our checks to employees and vendors. Staples is a good source for all our office needs.

These envelopes are hard to see through and fit my 8.5 x 11 printed invoices that I generate through quickbooks when I double fold them. It does the job.

I needed a new box of window envelopes for sending company checks but could not find an exact match to the envelopes I had been using. Out of 3 different styles of number 9 envelopes on the shelf the windows were either too small and cropped the return address or too large (which revealed a portion of the payment amount on the check) or were positioned further to the right covering a portion of the logo. It would be helpful for reordering if the manufacturer printed the product number inside the envelope next to the printed security pattern.

What can you say about envelopes? They are the right size. They fit our checks perfectly; the addresses all line up with the windows with no annoying too high too low too far right or left. They are not flimsy. The best thing is that when comparing prices they were about $10 a box cheaper than at a competitors. Sometimes a price difference like that will make me hesitate but these envelopes are very good quality so no worries.
