I send billing out every month with these so I need them to be durable which they are. Sometines I have a hard time getting them to seal. Overall they are a good product.

Size not correct.

It appears that Staples decided to cut an 1/8" off these envelopes. I have used these envelopes for years without an issue. When invoices did not correctly fit in the latest box I got out the ruler. The dimension is 3 13/16" or 1/16" less than stated on the box. I went to the store to see if I had just received a defective box and found the new ones on the shelf were smaller yet 3 3/4". The box still lists the dimension as 3 7/8". The invoices do not fit correctly and a new vendor that sells the 3 7/8" envelopes has been located. Staples should check all stock to make sure that they are selling the customer the correct size. Both store and phone personnel were not interested in discussing the issue just gave me a refund Staples can save 5' of paper per box of envelopes that is substantial if you look at how many of these wrong sized envelopes Staples can sell in a year. Maybe this is their new green approach but it did not work for me.
