Sticky Corner Otherwise Good Envelope

I use these regularly for quarterly mailings and some boxes have a problem with one bottom corner of envelope being stuck together so I have to open it before I can stuff it. Gets annoying when you have 500 envelopes to stuff. Box I just received is good so hopefully the QC people at the factory have got it solved. Will continue to buy these.
