not the same quality

we have been ordering these envelopes for years as we do our own billing. until recently they were excellent. the last two times we have used them they have been glued together incorrectly. we had to put a finger inside and loosen the corners as they were glued together. when you have to send 280 bills out in one day this can be really annoying! we returned the first box to the local store but the new box was the same. then a third also. these are the only envelopes that fit our billing perfectly so changing is not an option. the store didn't seem concerned that the product was inferior. but we will continue to purchase until the manufacturer fixes the problem.

Does not stay sealed

These envelopes do not stay sealed. Need a piece of tape over the seal in order to stay shut. Horrible waste.
