While these were large enough for mailing our checks which is why I bought them if you need to mail any regular sized papers (8.1/2x11) with the checks (for example sales tax statements or extended remits) you must fold them several times to make them fit. Time consuming and messy. Several of the envelopes were missing the film over the windows and had to be thrown away also. I order a lot from Staples and am usually pleased with everything but not buying these again.

not easy to seal

These envelopes don't always seal very well. I need to use them because of the windows. I wish the tear off's were available in this size enveolpe.

messy glue makes them difficult to use

The first two cases had glue from the windows leaked over and had to peel each one open to use most times the window was ripped out during the process of almost 30 seconds that should have taken 3 seconds to stuff an envelope.

Hard to find envelopes

This is the only envelope my husband can use for statements he sends out. It is hard to find in the stores and ordering on line has saved me a lot of time and gas. They are always available. Thanks for stocking them.
