I realized that 1/4" makes a difference! For stuffing full size paper statements it's important to have 3 7/8" envelopes... not just 3 5/8"... Otherwise everything is a go!

Something changed in the design

I mail a lot of bills per day. I was using the 1.27 oz. glue sticks (large) to seal the envelopes. Due to a change in design I've had to resort to the little Elmer glue sticks as the area to seal is thinner and it seems as if there is not enough "sticky" adhesive to seal the envelope properly even with a glue stick! CHANGE IT BACK!!
