Too many glued closed

The envelopes are fine until you try to put something in them. Most of my box of 500 had been glued to themselves and had to be ripped apart to put a paper in.

Staples Brand #10 Envelopes 187013NB

These are the least expensive #10 standard sized envelopes which may also be referred to as "cheap" which they are. The first delivery to my business had to be returned to the store for a replacement as they were evidently exposed to excess humidity which caused many of the flaps to seal shut. While the replacement were better many of them also sealed shut after being run through a laser printer.

Quality has changed

I have been ordering these for a while now and noticed that the last couple of orders the envelopes are made from a thinner quality paper. Also the gum or glue makes them stick together in one spot on the inside making it difficult to stuff them quickly because you have to take time to separate the inside front from the inside back where it is attached. It tears the inside a little as well...not enough to be unusable but it is a pain to have to stop and delicately separate the inside of the envelope each time to stuff it hoping it won't tear too much. They should go back to how they used to make them.

I use these envelopes consistently. A couple of boxes ago the gummed part necessitated putting glue or tape. The next box was fine.

POOR QUALITY #10 Envelopes Staples Brand

Just received a new box of 4 1/8"H x 9 1/2"W #10 envelopes Staples Brand and they are terrible! The box is actually about an inch smaller than previously received boxes. The envelopes are poor quality paper flimsy they are not sealed together properly and fall apart. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. POOR QUALITY! Will not order these from Staples again. (and I go thru at least a box a week)
