Thin and Wrinkled in Printer

I have 24lb paper (supposedly the same as these envelopes) but the envelopes are flimsy and wrinkle no matter what printer I put them in. (And I've printed the same sized envelopes before with no problem). Thank goodness for Staples 100% guarantee! (Returned 7/5/16)
