Seams are not holding together

I use the envelopes for mailings for a non profit organization. We do not seal them but put the flap inside and we found that the other seams are coming apart. The envelopes are very poorly constructed.

Inexpensive and durable.

There are lots of varieties of envelopes sold at Staples and other stores. This is the most basic and it serves the purpose. I could spend more for the inner blue security lining with or without a peel stick for the flap but I don't. We need to keep costs down as much as possible. I find that a folded bill or letter can be used safely in an envelope like this and I never worry. If I felt this basic envelope was flimsy at all I would never purchase it. Everything that leaves the office still has to look professional and not cheap. This envelope is a repeat purchase all the time.
