Box manufactured wrong

Been using swiffer forever in a day. Bought new box brought it home went to use it tried to put in the handle and noticed it was manufactured wrong so that there was no channel for the handle to go in not very happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

so disappointed with my heavy duty swiffer duster.

when I used it on my cherry cupboards in my kitchen it just pushed the dust around. i am 85 tears old and can still partially clean my house. Ive used swiffer (blue ones] for years, but decided to try heavyduty ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Every time you use a Swiffer Duster, you should be satisfied, seeing the clean that's left behind, no remnants of dirt and grime left behind. You'll get the best results from your Swiffer by being sure to fluff the duster before inserting it on the handle. Do this by holding one duster end in each hand, and quickly moving them up and down in a see-saw, or teeter-totter motion. If you need more 'fluff', simply pull at the fibers to further fluff them. Remember, the more fluffed the fibers are, the better cleaning results you'll get. Let us know how it goes, we're answering calls Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. This product has given up on all quality..CHEAP!

I have loved using Swiffer Dusters until recently. I purchased a box of refills that "DID NOT" have the Gain scent, were falling apart and seemed to be too small., and leaving dust behind!! I thought..ahh, just a bad batch, it can happen, so I purchased another box..same issues. I was willing to give Swiffer one more chance, so I purchased a third box..same issues. When this box is finished I will no longer use Swiffer products! What a shame, you have a good product and totally do away with the quality. This sure doesn't help your bottom line..I read the other complaints, very much like my experience!

Taking it outside ...

Not only for my house but I use it to dust off my car (black) and would love the duster to be bigger ... just a thought as it works great !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer dusters make cleaning our home so much faster - they are superb for blinds and delicate crystal chandeliers. I spray a bit of lemon oil on them and dust disappears lighting fast!
Pros: throw away the dirt, captures all the dust

Love to Dust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like to dust. But now that I use a Swiffer Duster, it's one of my easiest and fastest chores in the house. I still can't say I "love" to dust, but Swiffer is the greatest invention for my needs.
Pros: it's so flexible that i can get into small spaces.
