Hate the new 2 sided swiffers

I DO NOT LIKE the new 2 sided swiffers you came out with. They do not pick up the dirt like the original 2 sided ones do. I wish you would put those back on the market!!! or at least sell both types of the 2 sided ones so we can choose what we want. I have a cleaning company and my girls also complain about the new ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wasted my money

I have used swiffer for years and lately they have been nothing but a piece of junk the 360s are the worst that I have ever used no matter how hard you worked at it I could never get it to fluff to 360 I have used the see-saw method and putting it on the handle to fluff. Nothing get it 360 not even close
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality is bad

The Swiffer Duster Heavy Duty quality has gone downhill. I tried to fluff it and it ripped apart. They also were too short to fit my Swiffer Duster. I am going to try another brand.

Misleading packaging

This duster package is misleading. I opened the package today ready to dust and there's no handle inside. Nowhere on the exterior of the package does it state that these are refills and the instructions on the box even show someone using a handle (with no note saying "handle not included"). I noticed just now that the product page online states "refill" but it's not on the actual package you see when purchasing in store. Needless to say, I did not get my dusting done today and instead am here writing this review. Please adjust your packaging so people know what they are buying (or not, in this case).

False advertising on the box

The box does *not* say anywhere that this is a box of refills, nor does it say that the handle pictured *multiple times* on the box is not included. The website calls this box refills, but that does not help those of us who bought this in store. Swiffer, please update your box so as not to mislead people.

Do not work well

Sorry but the new " multi surface heavy duty dusters" do not do the job that the original heavy duty ones did. They are half the size and there is minimal on it compared to the original. Please bring back the originals.

This product has given up on all quality..CHEAP!

I have loved using Swiffer Dusters until recently. I purchased a box of refills that "DID NOT" have the Gain scent, were falling apart and seemed to be too small., and leaving dust behind!! I thought..ahh, just a bad batch, it can happen, so I purchased another box..same issues. I was willing to give Swiffer one more chance, so I purchased a third box..same issues. When this box is finished I will no longer use Swiffer products! What a shame, you have a good product and totally do away with the quality. This sure doesn't help your bottom line..I read the other complaints, very much like my experience!

Be sure you buy a starter kit

Box was misleading. My son and I went to a small store to purchase a duster. We saw some refills but needed the entire duster with handle. We saw Heavy Duty Dusters. Shows a picture of a duster with handle and nowhere on the box does it say refills anywhere. My son read the entire box and fine print. We couldn't use the dusters since we got them to dust our fans. So aggravating.
I would recommend this to a friend!
