I wasted my money

I have used swiffer for years and lately they have been nothing but a piece of junk the 360s are the worst that I have ever used no matter how hard you worked at it I could never get it to fluff to 360 I have used the see-saw method and putting it on the handle to fluff. Nothing get it 360 not even close
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Misleading packaging

This duster package is misleading. I opened the package today ready to dust and there's no handle inside. Nowhere on the exterior of the package does it state that these are refills and the instructions on the box even show someone using a handle (with no note saying "handle not included"). I noticed just now that the product page online states "refill" but it's not on the actual package you see when purchasing in store. Needless to say, I did not get my dusting done today and instead am here writing this review. Please adjust your packaging so people know what they are buying (or not, in this case).

False advertising on the box

The box does *not* say anywhere that this is a box of refills, nor does it say that the handle pictured *multiple times* on the box is not included. The website calls this box refills, but that does not help those of us who bought this in store. Swiffer, please update your box so as not to mislead people.

It might help to know that all of our Dusters are sold as refills, unless they're in a Duster Kit. If the word, "Kit" is mentioned, there's a Handle in the box, too. Quality is bad

The Swiffer Duster Heavy Duty quality has gone downhill. I tried to fluff it and it ripped apart. They also were too short to fit my Swiffer Duster. I am going to try another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Be sure you buy a starter kit

Box was misleading. My son and I went to a small store to purchase a duster. We saw some refills but needed the entire duster with handle. We saw Heavy Duty Dusters. Shows a picture of a duster with handle and nowhere on the box does it say refills anywhere. My son read the entire box and fine print. We couldn't use the dusters since we got them to dust our fans. So aggravating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Box manufactured wrong

Been using swiffer forever in a day. Bought new box brought it home went to use it tried to put in the handle and noticed it was manufactured wrong so that there was no channel for the handle to go in not very happy

so disappointed with my heavy duty swiffer duster.

when I used it on my cherry cupboards in my kitchen it just pushed the dust around. i am 85 tears old and can still partially clean my house. Ive used swiffer (blue ones] for years, but decided to try heavyduty ones.

Every time you use a Swiffer Duster, you should be satisfied, seeing the clean that's left behind, no remnants of dirt and grime left behind. You'll get the best results from your Swiffer by being sure to fluff the duster before inserting it on the handle. Do this by holding one duster end in each hand, and quickly moving them up and down in a see-saw, or teeter-totter motion. If you need more 'fluff', simply pull at the fibers to further fluff them. Remember, the more fluffed the fibers are, the better cleaning results you'll get. Let us know how it goes, we're answering calls Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Not only for my house but I use it to dust off my car (black) and would love the duster to be bigger ... just a thought as it works great !!!
