Total waste of money

Was wondering if I was the only person dissatisfied with dry sweepers. Originally used them daily & my floors were always dust & dirt free. Now I find that even after using the swifter sheet I still need to vacuum. Why should I spend the money on your sheets if I still need to get the vacuum out to have clean floors?
I think your team needs to go back to the drawing board. Better yet, revert to original sheets. If it ain’t broke(& the original wasn’t) don’t fix(?) it!!!

Great help with dust mite allergies

I have been using the Swiffer heavy Duty dry cloths and they are terrific. The amount of dust that is picked up is amazing. I dust my hardwood floors 3 times a week and am amazed as to what dust come up. Although not a cure for my allergies it is certainly part of a routine to keep the dust mite allergies down. WONDERFUL PRODUCT.

I like keeping a clean house, but at 76, my heavy, 24” dry mop has become unmanageable for my old hands. Gardening tracks dirt and grass inside, so I decided to try Swiffer extra-heavy-duty pads. They grab and hold every bit of dust and debris, plus can access areas where my large mop can’t reach. Today I used them on the lower shelf of my end tables, saving me from bending over. Perfect! I LOVE THEM and have bragged them up to all my friends!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not like these Swiffer Heavy Duty Dry Cloth sheets. They are not heavier and they do not pick up dust any better than the previous line. Also the parts that goes around the front is thinner and therefore, does not stay snug where you push the sheet onto the holes in the back. I have used them repeatedly and had to push the cloth into the holes several times. Would not purchase them again. Why ruin a good thing!!!

Definitely A Minus 10!!

I have used Swiffer sweeper for years & loved it....UNTIL I bought a large box of new Heavy Duty at a local warehouse club. These new cloths are absolutely worthless - they trap NOTHING in their sparsely spaced cotton balls that look like it was created by a kindergarten child. If I can find the original cloths again I will buy and continue using. If not you can kiss my business goodbye. I was looking forward to getting a Wet Jet mop until I read the reviews-WOW!! This company is (in my opinion) obviously circling the drain!

VERY Disappointed

Bought the Swiffer Heavy Duty Dry cloths for the first time thinking they would be better than standard dry cloths. Instead, the only place on the cloth that picked up dust is the very outer edge. The standard cloth is dirty all over after using. I took a picture but this review doesn’t seem to allow attaching pictures.

We always expect our Heavy Duty Multi-Surface Dry Cloth Refills to get your floor as clean as you need, Mary, so we'd like to talk a bit about your post to help. Sweeper cloths, be they Heavy Duty or regular, work best on smooth surfaces. They lock in dust, dirt and hair, but big things, like clumps of hair or pieces of cereal won't adhere. Finally, make sure they're used on a dry surface, as using a dry cloth over wet areas is very challenging.
