Easels are one of those things that you mostly get what you pay for. This guy might be fine to hold a light poster in a conference room and that’s about it. We tested it ahead of an event and the 36”x24” foamboards we printed kept falling down with the slightest wave of wind just from us waving around it.

This is a usable and very portable stand. I have had them break though but I keep replacing them. So I must like them enough to keep paying for new ones. I haven't found anything better for my needs and think the consensus of 3.5 stars is right.

For the price it does it's job. I wouldn't use it outside however as any small breeze seems to just knock it right down. Other than that it worked well.
