sealed on 3 sides and expandable to hold alot of material. Really nice organizer for keeping paperwork together for current projects or documentation that needs to be quick to get too.

Extremely strong & reusable but slippery

I work real estate. These are used for each transaction. When each transaction closes I use heavy-duty large staples to staple the documents together (real estate rules require keeping records three years); then I re-use the folders. These folders are really great long-wearing sturdy durable re-usable (cat-puke resistant). But they are slippery slick so you have to be careful about that; but I abuse paper ones so they don't last long at all. I only wished they would also come in 1-color packs.
