Great for organizing paperwork. I recently purchased living room furniture and placed all my paperwork together in the folder. When I needed to call the company regarding a warranty question - all the paperwork was in one place.

Staples 8.5 x 11 Side Opening Poly Envelopes w/String Tie

Have a small one person part time business. Have been using these envelopes for a number of years now to store business records at the end of each year. They hold a good amount fit nicely into standard storage boxes and are relatively inexpensive. Work well for my application

For home or office use on a shelf they are fine. I was actually looking for something that was a little stronger and not so flimsy. As I was carrying it around from place to place it was too pliable and not suited for my purpose. As I need to order 650 of them. I will look for something else.

Takes up less room and is easy to find the contents as you can store two different items in each envelope in the see thru front and back.

I use these for: business and personal trips; holds my itineraries hotel info car rental info meeting info directions etc. projects; holds data meeting notes transcripts printouts agendas etc. tax receipts; receipts contributions etc. for the year. Each file is labeled on the outside with a permanent marker LARGE LETTERS for easy retrieval. On my way to meeting just pull the folder and I have all the data. On my way to the airport just put the folder and I have all that I need. Once I am complete with the project trip etc. they are filed appropriately. They are great.
