It works, but ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flex Tape is good and works, but IT STICKS TO EVERYTHING! I guess that is a great thing to happen to tape. But, it makes it difficult, for me, to cut off a piece and handle it. So far for my purposes, it has worked well. Aside from the super stickiness.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Patches holes virtually anywhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the weather here in Texas gets cool, I love to go camping and fishing with my family. I recently had to repair a small hole in one of the family sleeping bags and used my 4 X 5 roll of Flex Tape. I like it because it is really durable and easy to use. Simply use a razor blade or disposable utility knife and cut the thick, flexible, rubberized backing, form in into the shape that you need, and apply it. Be sure that you have no air pockets because if applied correctly, it seals out water, air, and moisture. I always make sure to keep some Flex Tape in the house, car, and RV because it's great for patching all kinds of holes, cracks, gaps, and tears.

Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Flex Tape works exactly as described. We have a movable basketball hoop and the base is filled with gel. When we moved it from one spot to another the plastic base got a small crack in it. I "patched" it with this flex tape. I haven't had anymore gel leak out. I am confident this patch will hold for a very long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to repair some holes in the heavy gauge plastic covering a hoophouse used to grow early vegetables. Kept my plants from freezing and was able to enjoy an early harvest. Held up well to the cold weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Flex Tape for three different applications to really test out how well this product works and would hold up, and for the most part, I was pleased with it. When using Flex Tape be very cautious not to touch the backside of the tape! It is extremely sticky and will leave very gluey residue on your hands that is difficult to remove.
My first application was to test out how well their claim was that the tape would work underwater. I tried to apply the tape to the liner of my pool, which it specifically says it can be used for. The tape would not stick to the liner of the pool underwater at all like it states, no matter how many different ways I tried to apply it. This application was disappointing.
My next two projects to use Flex Tape worked out very well. I used the tape to repair a garden hose that our dog had chewed holes in. The tape stuck well to the dry garden hose. After pressing down firmly to make sure it was all sealed, I turned on the water and our garden hose is as good as new now! It would have just gone in the trash if it wasn’t for Flex Tape!
My last application was sealing a small leak in the roof of our tent trailer until we could get it permanently fixed. Once again, the tape applied and stuck well in this dry application. It rained for a couple days after applying, and it seems to be holding up well and keeping the water out.
All in all this product worked well, as long as you were applying it to a dry surface. It does not stick on wet surfaces, or underwater as it states.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love how it stopped the leak!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this recently on an air mattress. No matter what type of tape I used previously, they would eventually wear off and the mattress would lose its air. This tape however, was awesome. So far it's been on there several weeks and despite plenty of use, still is staying strong.
Love the flexibility of the tape and I look forward to using it with other items that I have.

Tight hold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the FLEX TAPE - White, Large 4" X 5'. I used it to fix a broken vacuum wand. Have been able to use the vacuum multiple times since then and the FLEX TAPE has kept the repair solid and tight.

Sticks on Dry Flat Surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape sticks well to dry flat surfaces, I personally did not try it on a wet surface. It is easy to get in place where you would like it. It is a very temporary solution to any leak problem as it does not appear that it will stick long term.
