Very Sticky Tape that Bonds Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got an opportunity to try the FLEXTAPE Clear, Large 4” X 5’ and have to say that it is an ok product. The Flex Tape is described as being a super strong, rubberized, waterproof tape that can patch, bond seal and repairs virtually everything. It is specially formulated with a thick flexible, rubberized backing that conforms to any shape or object.
This is great but it makes it kind of hard to take off roll and cut it is very sticky. I used it in my bathroom and had a very hard time cutting and getting it off because if you are not careful it will stick to itself. Other than that this is a great tape versus other tapes and it comes in a variety of colors such as clear which is what I got and it also comes in white and black.
I do wish that it was a little more on the roll but it did get the job completed that I needed it for. This tape would surely be good for window time if you wanted to put around your window or doors if you have any kind of air coming in which this would help keep heat in and air out. This tape says it can be applied hot, cold, wet or dry even underwater but not too sure about that. It is suppose to instantly seal out water, air and moisture to create a super strong flexible, watertight barrier.
FLEX Tape is UV resistant, environmentally friendly, VOC- free and has a wide range of temperatures so it can be used in extreme weather conditions.
I must say it does bond like glue and if it happens to gain strength overtime it would be perfect. The only con like I stated is that it is not enough on roll. I suggest using a very sharp pair of scissors or box cutter to cut product but this makes sense because it is very strong.
I recommend giving this tape a try and see if you like it and it has a variety of uses but it is very very sticky. Absolutely I say gives this tape a try.

It works on just about any material, including PVC, acrylic, metal, wood, ceramic, glass, rubber, fiberglass, stucco, plaster, stone, and drywall. Stays in place and even helps with small leaks.

Flex Tape is awsome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had anything too significant that I have had to use flex tape for yet, but it has held up on smaller jobs that I have used it for. The adhesive seems incredibly strong and although I haven't cut a boat in half to fully test it, it has been as advertised so far.

I tried using it and the tape holds for a very long time doesn’t come off or rip at all. This tape is better than other tapes. I don’t like about flex tape black large 4 X5 is that it only comes with one tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Flex Tape works pretty well for my unexpected mishaps. So far, I used it on a air mattress and my toddler's blow up pool and its holding better than I expected. It's been a while and I haven't had to put more tape on it yet. I'm very satisfied with the results. Although I haven't used on any water leak yet, I'm certain it will hold. This is a great product to have in your home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen the commercials for Flex products and was interested to try this tape. I like that the tape comes in a 4" wide width and in white which makes it less noticeable on white items. Flex tape has a lot of adhesive and is very sticky. I have tried this on a number of things. It did well on Pex and PVC pipe cracks and small holes, the drips and condensation are gone and the pipes are completely dry. I used it to cover a pin hole size hole on my corrugated washer water line and it completely stopped the leak which had been spraying, making a mess. Another use that it has worked well on is the rubber seal on my garage door frame, a small piece started to tear at the seam and I taped it to prevent the seal from tearing further which would have eventually torn all the way off had I not secured it back in place. This tape has a lot of adhesive power and holding strength. I like this product; it is easy to use and works. All and all, the value for me is in the time and money saved on minor repairs and replacement parts. It is now on my tool shelf, so I am sure to find more uses. I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a hole in my hose and it's been so hot this summer I have been watering my vegetable garden twice a day. I am waiting for my replacement hose to arrive so I used Flex Tape to seal the hole and it's worked great! Make sure you're ready to use right away, it will not re-stick. I cleaned the outside of my hose and placed the tape carefully. No water has leaked at all and my garden is happy to continue getting watered daily. I am thrilled with how well this Flex Tape works and I'm sure I will find many uses over the years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Flex Tape to patch a hole in my drywall underneath my stairs. I know that this is not the best use of the tape but I didn’t have anything else to fix. I found it to be easy to use so in the future if I have something else to fix I will use this!
