[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was a little sceptic about this type until I tried it. The consistency of the tape is thick and very sticky. The grip of the sticky part of the tape worked great and when I went to touch it it left the imprint of my finger tip where I had touched it. Now the test to see if it worked when applied to the item I had broken, my results was great. I submerged the item to see if it was water resistant and it worked. When cutting the tape it did stick a bit to the scissors but it’s normal. I would recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is amazing! It’s is durable, strong, thick and flexible. I doubted this product at first due to the commercial I saw on tv but decided to give it a try. After my first use, the application was easy and provided me a smooth finish. I would definitely recommend this tape!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of Flex Tape. We have been having heavy rains and my sons room ended up with a leak on a Friday night. I could not get a repair man until Tuesday and thankfully I had my Flex Tape!! It was easy to use and cut . Once I covered the hole with the Flex Tape it worked immediately and I had no more problems with water leaking into my sons bedroom. I really liked that it didn't fall off and was water resistant . I recommend for everyone to keep some Flex Tape in there homes and emergency kits!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this after seeing all the commercials. We seem to have a leak in something from time to time and always happens at night or weekends when local stores are closed so that we have to drive 20 minutes to a large superstore to get something to fix it. Although the commercials say it stops leaks immediately, I didn't find this to be. It is a somewhat thicker tape than you usually find, and the adhesive seems really sticky, but it's more meant to be a temporary fix until you can get somewhere to get the right products. I tried it on a hose, but pretty much came off right away. Be aware it is hard to get off your fingers, as the adhesive is really sticky. Try to touch near edges, if at all possible. Also only use as big a piece as you need, because the larger the piece the harder it is to apply and smooth. I tried this on a hose, a pipe that had a small, slow leak and my husband tried it on a seam on the roof where he believed there was a leak. I had varying results. The hose didn't stick . The pipe has so far not leaked, but time will tell how long the tape will stay. It's in the basement and only drips when you use it (drain), so it's not that big of a deal. The metal roof seam peeled off the next day, but it also says not to apply in very hot temps, so thinking it could have been the reason.
The roll isn't very long, but I would still have it on hand for emergency situations. It's better than some other tapes out there and could be a lifesaver in the right situations. We will try the roof again once the temps cool and maybe that will make the difference. You want to make sure your surface is as clean as possible so that it will adhere. I would certainly give it a try the next time I need something patched. I think it would work well with a tarp that has a tear, or possibly a seat. I will keep trying it and will buy another roll when I am out. Pros: simple to use, thick and strong adhesive Cons: sticks to your fingers, might not adhere, not for all surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was anxious to try this Flex Tape and I was impressed. I found it easy to unwrap and cut. I cut it before taking the film off. I used it to seal a couple spots around my basement window where I was getting water drips and I've had no issues since. It really grips well and tight. I also used it around my tub where the caulking was cracking and coming apart, and again it did the job perfectly. It is easy to use and holds up very well. I will be keeping this on hand at home because it will definitely come in very handy to use! It is good quality tape! I would definitely highly recommend this flex tape.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new liter box for my cats, not sure what happened if it got cracked at the store or if I cracked once I got home.. I thought I would super glue it but of course super glue dsnt hold plastic, then I remembered I had the flex tape.. it worked like a charm!! Only thing I have to complain about is it left a residue on my scissors where I cut the tape and now their sticky....
