Purchase with intended use in mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape works well, but I don't know how practical it is to keep stored unless you have an intended use.
Please know that if your repair doesn't work, cleanup to try something else is impossible. It is important to cut the tape with the backing still in place - DO NOT CUT STICKY TAPE - it will "tape" your scissors together.
We used this tape to repair busted beach toys (8 inch tear) and it worked really well...even with hundreds of pounds on the toys there weren't any leaks. This tape works as well as or better than the repair kits that come with the beach toys.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend - add to your kit of repair items if you use beach and water toys. Don't buy if you don't have an intended use, either a current use or a known use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put up a shed recently but needed some more tape on the edges where the roof came together. The shed did provide some tape however I found it to be really thin and ripped easily. I decided to try Flex Tape after seeing the commercials for it and I have to say, I'm not sure how it would work for some uses but taping up a small space between the panels of my shed is working great! It not only acts like a tape to hold things together, and it is very sticky, be careful when you are ready to place it because it's going to stick, but it also seems like it seals very well. Time will tell I guess but i'm very happy using it on my shed and wish I had started with this tape instead of the thin stuff that came with the shed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Flex Tape is as great as the commercials say! Works great on most surfaces. I used it on a pipe that was leaking and it sealed it perfectly. I plan on using it on my canvas tent that got a rip in it this summer. It comes in many sizes, I got a 12" by 10 foot roll. This will come in handy for any do it yourselfer. A must have for any household.

Stops leaks’

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had seen this on TV, and thought “yeah right” , but come to find out it worked! I had a leaking PVC water pipe that was under pressure. I tried this tape, and it stopped the leak, and could hardly tell that the tape was there! Amazing!

Fixed Our Backyard Pond Leak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our backyard pond but somehow this summer, we developed a leak. I tried a spray adhesive without success. The flex tape was large enough to cover the whole bottom with a few passes. No more missing water. Very happy.. easy to install and works!

Great stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed my floor damaged from water and being scratched from a potted plant. I did not want to repot the plant, so I used Flex Tape on the bottom. Not only did it stop, the little leak but, it protected the floor when I slide the plant. Flex Tape is easy to use and cut. I like the 8" x 5 " size, it makes a project like that easy. I am happy to have this in the house, you never know when you will have a leak. It is good stuff and I highly recommend it.
