[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the flex tape specifically for use with my pool. A co-worker had explained how well it had worked patching their liner. I did not have a hole in my liner (yet), but did develop a crack on my pool filter housing. This tape is stickiest tape I have ever used in my life. Which it makes it somewhat difficult to use at first. However, the holding power is phenomenal. I have tried other glues, epoxy's, water weld, and nothing was able to stop the leak. Until I tried flex tape. It has been in place for about a week, and still holding. I intend to replace the filter at the end of the season, just trying to make it there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Duct tape didn't help my problem of keeping moisture out of an outdoor light fixture. It would work for a while, but then start to disintegrate due to the hot summer sun.Instead I tried Flex Tape, and it quickly became my go to product. It withstands the harsh summer rays and really does keep out the rain water from our frequent summer storms. It was very easy to apply over a freshly cleaned surface. The 4" tape was a bit too wide, but I was able to easily cut it to the size needed without before removing the backing tape. I was also able to repair a leaking hard plastic kiddie pool that had developed a crack. I applied it to a clean surface, pressed out any air bubbles, and it worked perfectly even though the pool was still wet. The tape is flexible and really sticks securely onto the surfaces. I would have given the product 5 stars had it not been for the terrible packaging it came it. The hardest part about using this product, was getting it out of the outer packaging. The wrapping was stuck to the edge of the heavy duty tape inside. Better attention should be made to the way this item is wrapped. Otherwise I think it is unique and can't wait to see how it holds up to extended time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love the idea of this tape but it's not all it's cracked up to be. The tap is too sticky to even cut, you really have to work at it. I had a small hole in my kids kiddie pool and figured this was a great way to put the tape to test, it failed the waterproof test. The tape didn't hold up at all underwater. It started to come up and it was just bad. So then, my husband and I tried it on our coffee pot because our handle came off and it worked well for that! So as long as you don't use it underwater or around water you're good. The whole concept of this tape is really great, there's just room for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks for the opportunity to try this product..Oddly enough had a leaky roof, and this came just in time. Havent had the chance to fix it up with new shingles yet, so stuck this on for a quick fix before the recent rain, and it worked for the time being. It kept the leak out. Honestly cant make a judgement or evaluation on how long it will hold up, but it worked for now. Thanks for the opportunity to try this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great. Are water heater was leaking and you put some of the flex tape on it and it's still holding on there until we get time to fix it. I fixed the leaking pipe with it and it still holding good for now.

Used for leaky gutter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flex Seal Flex Tape is absolutely amazing! I had an upstairs bathroom tub with a crack on the basically and it had been leaking through to the ceiling of the downstairs. I had tried several things but nothing seem to really seal it complete until I got this AMAZING stuff. I put some of this on the the crack in my tub and WOW ! There isn’t anything getting past this ..which is so wonderful! This has saved me from having to replace the ceiling of my downstairs and the floor to the upstairs! And that’s a huge relief! This tape will stick where you put it and to whatever you put it on. What an absolutely amazing product that everyone should know about and keep some on hand. I definitely recommend this!
