[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape sticks to absolutely everything that I need it to. It works on just about any material, including PVC, acrylic, metal, wood, ceramic, glass, rubber, fiberglass, stucco, plaster, stone, and drywall. Stays in place and even helps with small leaks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got an opportunity to try the FLEXTAPE Clear, Large 4” X 5’ and have to say that it is an ok product. The Flex Tape is described as being a super strong, rubberized, waterproof tape that can patch, bond seal and repairs virtually everything. It is specially formulated with a thick flexible, rubberized backing that conforms to any shape or object.
This is great but it makes it kind of hard to take off roll and cut it is very sticky. I used it in my bathroom and had a very hard time cutting and getting it off because if you are not careful it will stick to itself. Other than that this is a great tape versus other tapes and it comes in a variety of colors such as clear which is what I got and it also comes in white and black.
I do wish that it was a little more on the roll but it did get the job completed that I needed it for. This tape would surely be good for window time if you wanted to put around your window or doors if you have any kind of air coming in which this would help keep heat in and air out. This tape says it can be applied hot, cold, wet or dry even underwater but not too sure about that. It is suppose to instantly seal out water, air and moisture to create a super strong flexible, watertight barrier.
FLEX Tape is UV resistant, environmentally friendly, VOC- free and has a wide range of temperatures so it can be used in extreme weather conditions. I must say it does bond like glue and if it happens to gain strength overtime it would be perfect. The only con like I stated is that it is not enough on roll. I suggest using a very sharp pair of scissors or box cutter to cut product but this makes sense because it is very strong. I recommend giving this tape a try and see if you like it and it has a variety of uses but it is very very sticky. Absolutely I say gives this tape a try.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Flex Tape works GREAT! It's super durable and flexible. It's leak proof! We were on a camping trip this weekend and somehow our air mattress got punctured. We were in a pinch and luckily my husband had packed this FLEX TAPE. He quickly was able to apply it to the tear and we were able to get the mattress inflated and it held perfectly!!! This tape works GREAT! It's strong, and durable! It lives up to its name!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew something like this existed. It’s like super glue but in a tape format. Not sure what it can’t do. It’s great to patch pipes up for a quick fix. Love it on the boat in places where it can be wet and traditional tape doesn’t work. Super handy and easy to use and handle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i haven't yet used it to patch a leaking water tank but I've used it on a few things where regular tape wasn't working and was impressed with how sticky it is. It seems to have really good hold and is more flexible than a duct tape as its like a combination between duct and electrical with some crazy glue thrown in for fun. It borderline hurt to pull it off of my own fingers when I was putting it on the sensor in my house that kept falling off.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This black flex tape is great. This tape is very flexible and also it sticks very well. I love the fact that you can get this tape in three different sizes. I used it to cover a hole and it worked perfect. If your looking for a good strong tape I highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff really works. The wood trim around the outside of our back door is scratched up from our dog. As a quick fix for now, we used the clear Flex Tape on it. It has remained on tightly through a few rain storms, it's still going strong! This is something everyone should have in their house for emergencies!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easiest way to fix a leak under the sink For some reason one of my tubes had like a hole punched hole in it . I just slapped some of this tape and smoothed it out and TADAAA my sink is fixed and no more wet floors! I tried it out and yeah it’s working great! No water coming out. Definitely recommend!! Super happy :)
