[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this tape after trying multiple different types of tape to fix an AC drain problem. We were trying to tape a water hose onto the AC drip to run the water outside, but other tapes kept coming off, leaving us with a wet floor. Finally, Flex Tape saved the day. It holds in the water and is firm! Highly recommend!

Quick fix!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be a quick, inexpensive fix to some problems around the house. I was a little disappointed with the lack of instructions and how difficult it was to actually cut the tape! Word of advise, if you have a razor blade tool, that's probably the best way to cut this as cutting with scissors were such a headache. I used this on leaks from the ducts in my unfinished basement, and it actually made a great difference! Today is Wednesday and I applied the Flex tape 5 days ago, it has held up without any peeling or reapplying so it works for that project! I'm sure now that I know it works, I will find more around the house to "fix".

Great tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like flex tape, I have a crack in my bathtub and I applied this tape as a temporary fix until I can get a new shower. The tape has been holding up quite nicely, it's keeping the water from leaking into the flooring.
I really like that the tape has a very strong bond to certain surfaces, although I have noticed that it will not stick well on others (surfaces with caulking for example). Using a sharp pair of scissors or blade is a must, applying the tape is easy, just make sure you place the tape right the first time (it's really sticky).
Overall, flex tape is a great addition to any handyman's arsenal, a quick temporary fix for emergency repairs and DIY projects. I highly recommend this tape .

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have previously bought the flex tape clear spray which worked alright but i needed something sturdier. So i got this Flex Tape and its actual tape. This was able to patch up my white gutters and you cant even see thats its there. So far so good under the intense sun and Florida rain, it have kept its form and seal. Highly recommend it for small leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is more like rubber glue. I used it for outdoor decorations and the next day all of my decorations were down. I’m guessing either the “tape” got hot or it just doesn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t get again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the flex tape and it works wonders on everything.I love it I wish I would had know about it earlier instead of getting different brands of tape.It goes on smooth and easy.Not hard to cut or tear off.I really like the fact that it comes in large so you wont have to put piece after piece on .

Works on some surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a useful product on a firm, dry, perfectly clean rigid surface. Anything else and it fails miserably. It does not work on wet surfaces as advertised and won't seal any kind of surface that has water under any kind of pressure at all so forget about pipes or hoses. It worked on a gutter seam for several rains and then failed after about a month. If you are trying to waterproof a dry flat rigid surface it will work temporarily but otherwise try a different approach.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is great! So far I’ve used it to fix a whole in my outdoor garden hose. My hose had a large slice in it and water would spray everywhere when I turned it on. I wrapped some tape around the hole to seal it and it totally worked! The leak has been sealed and my hose is now working well! There are no leaks around the tape and it’s a strong adhesive. So far so good and that was a week ago!
