Time to Change

I became a Bounty only customer when you introduced select a size. Great idea. Recently however, the roll sizes are smaller, much smaller (even when you claim 30% more, or whatever other marketing comment to catch one's attention), and the cost is higher. I'm done, I am transitioning to products that offer me reusability.....save money, better for the environment, etc. etc. Why is it when one has a great product they always have to push the profit envelop to the limit??!??!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really Bad

These paper towels are the worst! They don’t pick up liquids well, get soaking wet with the littlest amount of liquid and I have to use double the amount. I wish I could return them for my money back.

I used Bounty all my life (I'm 76) until I tried some from Sam's Club (Members Mark). Have been using them for a few years. The last time I needed towels Sam's had Bounty on sale so I got a big package. I was so disappointed in them!!!! They WILL NOT tear in two!!!! I curse them every time I try to tear one off. I will never buy them again!!!! Also they are much rougher than they used to be!!

Print dye rubs off and stains surfaces

Towels seem durable, but the dye comes off and stains surfaces during use — and unfortunately does not come out. Pretty upset about this in our new kitchen...

We can understand how you must be feeling, Sarah! Ocassionally, ink from wet paper towels may transfer to some surfaces. We only recommend using the unprinted side directly on surfaces. To remove stains from hard surfaces like countertops, use and all-purpose like Mr. Clean. Use full strength-- pour a little on a white paper towel, rub on the spot, then rinse well and dry. We're sure that this tip will help treat those pesky spots, but we're more than happy to help you further. When you can, please give us a call at (800) 926-8689.

I have never used a paper towel a lot better. Very absorbent and easy to use. I like the way I can use one tiny piece or as many as I want. It picks up big spills or tiny spills. I really like bounty paper towels!
