Bring Back the Forever Rolls PLEASE

I has just recently discovered the Forever Rolls and was getting them delivered and after a few orders they said they were "out of stock".I LOVED them they last me for close to a month in the kitchen family of 5.

I always got the forever size! Now your not posting them. Why are they not available????? You always do this....sell an item and when people want them you stop manufacturing them!!! So stupid!!!

Select a size doesn’t tear....

I’ve used these towels around the house for years and years. It seems lately, with my last three bulk package purchases, we’ve had problems tearing the select a size sheet off the roll. Nearly every time the sheet tears off unevenly and many times barely useable.
Has there been any other reports of this?

Towels are not the same

Hi--I've been using Bounty paper towels for as long as I can remember. I seek them out because I think they are the best, but recently I have noticed that the towels are not the same as they used to be. First, the towels are rougher--even my husband asked me if I am buying different paper towels as they are so rough (and he never notices anything-lol) . Secondly, they do not tear nicely like they used to. In fact, sometimes the perforation does not even go all the to the top.
All in all, not a happy camper....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not able to tear the sheets

Quality change

Despite the “spin” that customer service offers, Bounty has changed. It is indeed less soft, feels thinner, doesn’t separate from the roll properly and sheets separate upon use.
There is only one way the product can sustain differences like this - the process must have been changed. It feels like the brand I no longer use.
Please revert to the old process.

Product doesn't feel the same

I purchased bounty by the 12 count package and the last two times I purchased them they seem different in the way they feel. They don't feel like the same thickness as in previous purchases. Have you changed you manufacturing process?

Paper towels feel different

I'm so glad to come here and find out that the rougher feel isn't just in my imagination. At first, I thought it might be because my hands were dry, but that's not it. The "cells" in the paper seem deeper, and the paper is less soft and fluffy. I've been a loyal Bounty buyer for more than 20 years, and the paper towels have never felt like this. Perhaps it has to do with the Covid-related shortage?
I would recommend this to a friend!
