Are used to purchase this product all the time. The packaging changed but I didn’t realize the quality of the product has also changed. It does not work nearly as well and the dispenser on two of them malfunctioned within the first 30 minutes of use. It’s a total waste of money. Sorry Staples you missed the mark on this re-design.

I would not buy this again. Within one hour of purchase the tape did not work properly. I could not rewind the tape so that it would work. I will return the item.
