you have picture of Staples previous glue tape which was very good. This review is about the new Staples glue tape with new packaging. It's awful and you have to totally remove cover to use tape and then put it back on plus the glue is actually too strong and lifts the paper which can tear. Why change a good thing? I won't be buying it anymore.

first half of role came off very well. But the second half is up in the case and when it is pressed down to glue a strip of paper have to manually move the glue strip to that area to adhere. Hard to explain.

This is my all-time go-to favorite tape. It is so simple to roll on and stick. I use it for packaging and taping down expense receipts. Love this!
