excellent permanent tape dispenser

I have been using this product for years to make invitations. I have used it on matte and shiny papers cardstock vellum and even to tack ribbon into place. It is very easy to use as long as you use it while holding the dispenser in the correct direction. I have had the dispenser get messed up twice on me where the tape comes "unwound" leaving the remainder of the tape very difficult to use. You basically have to cut pieces and use them like that. This has only happened twice and I have purchased easily 40 dispensers. Just be careful to use in the proper direction and you are all set! I have seen cheaper version and they are just that- cheaper versions and not as good at all!

Staples roll on permanent glue tape

I started using staples permanent glue tape at the recommendation of a consultant for Stamping Up Products. This was in response to my request to order the product from her catalog! As a result I found that this product has proven to be the best I have encountered. It not only has been very useful in the making of the greeting cards I make for all occasions--birthdays anniversaries graduation Christmas and sympathy to name a few. I have found only one problem with this tape and that is a minor one. Occasionally the rollers will not work right and the tape "bunches". It also is less expensive than other tapes I have used and that is a major plus for me.

I'm a teacher and this is great for making some of the materials my students will use (before they're laminated). This product is essentially 2-sided tape without the tape. A thin strip of adhesive is transferred as you roll it across the paper. A couple notes: it goes FAST. Use it as sparingly as possible to save money. Second don't go too quickly with it. A steady movement allows you to get the most adhesive out of the product. You can't go back and retrieve missed adhesive. The only other thing I'd caution about is to make sure you have the paper lined up right where you want it - you CAN remove what you've glued but it often crinkles the paper a bit. You can't have enough of this stuff around!

I used this to do a scrapbook for my son's Military graduations but it didn't seem to go a long way. Kind of disappointed in the amount on each roll for the price.

This product is far better than the clear tombow adhesive. The bond is permanent.

When you need to glue paper to paper this is a great product. I have had great success with this but on occasion the tape gets off track and there can be a lot of waste. This is not unique to this product but when the tape breaks or gets off track you have to toss it...and that is lousy.

This is a great idea for adhesive tape however it looks too much like corrective tape. I bought some thinking it was correction tape and was VERY disappointed when I got home since I was almost out of correction tape. Make the packaging different. Maybe a bright color or different shape.
