I have tried just about every glue tape roller on the market and this is the one that holds the best and is the easiest to use. It is simply the best! I only complaint is that I feel they could lower the price per each unit if they would pack them differently and have more than two in a package. How about it Staples?? But I love this product.

Framer Backing Glue Tape

Easy to apply holds well. This tape is used to hold the paper backing to picture frames after doing all the matting and mounting. Run the glue tape along the back of the frame and set it down on the brown paper. Trim the paper turn over the frame and push on the edges to be sure it is a good seal. Mount your wire or frame hanger device and you are done. Your art work is now sealed in the frame and helps the piece look professionally done. Just be sure you get a continuous track of glue tape all along the edges of the frame back. On very porous frames I have used two passes or more. It is a very thin film so it does not build up fast.

I thought you could re-use the case and just by refills which was not the case. Most of these sold at scrapbook stores allow you to pop in a refill quite easily when the tape is done. Buying this particular product just adds to the wasteful products in our world's dumpsters.

When needed it is a convenient tool for dispensing double-sided sticky tape. Keeps your fingers from getting sticky and avoids needless chaos while applying. Would have also liked a sticky-dot applicator such as I've used before but did not see one available.

I use these in my classroom for student to attach handouts in a science lab book. It works terrific and holds better than tape or glue.
