I've been meaning to reach out and let you know my thoughts on this product so thank you for beating me to it by sending me this survey. As someone who uses Glue Tape frequently I can say without a doubt that there is something very wrong with the glue in the Staples brand Roll-On Permanent Glue Tape. Applying the glue should be effortless and the glue should go on smoothly. It should not require you to press hard. I've found that with this product I have to press very hard to ensure that the glue stays on the surface because it will actually RIP the paper!! The glue is strong! but applying it is tricky and if you don't apply tremendous pressure and go very very slowly the glue will stick to the paper and then pull up and bring the paper with it! Completely not acceptable. My project took me twice as long as it should have because I had to go extra slow in order to not rip the paper I was trying to put the glue on. Really horrible product. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Easy to use and clean rolling action. Have used others that bind or stick when trying to roll but this has never failed me!
I hate the new design of the Staples brand glue tape runners. The roller wheels get gummed up and hard to turn. Sometimes the tape breaks shortly after starting a new tape runner and then the rest of roll can't be used. I'm going back to Tombow tape runners.
I used to be a big fan of this glue for my office. I've been using them everyday for several years until they changed the design around last year. It is so hard to roll-on. I don't understand why there was a change in design. Really disappointed.

I have been using this Staples product for over 2 years and it performs as well as the previous brand that was carried in your stores. I gave 4 stars for one main reason: I had preferred the previous brand (Pritt) because it was available as a refillable cartridge. Please consider all use of plastics with concern for our Earth. It would be great if you offered this product as refillable. Thank you!
Love the product but my concern is that your company doesn't sell refills for it. What am I supposed to do with all of the dispensers afterwards? You should really think about selling refills. Too much waste!!!
