I have purchased these packs of glue tape for a long time. I usually will buy 6 packs at a time so I never run out. They were great! Rolled easily always sticky perfect little flip-up protector... The last order I got are terrible! This new design really screwed up something that wasn't broken and didn't need fixing! I am so unhappy I bought my regular order of 6 packs because now I have all these terrible glue tapes to use and they aggravate me every time I use them. The old ones were perfect! I loved them - I even had them on my special business pricing Pick-5 list!

I am very disappointed in the new design of the Staples brand one-touch glue tape. The size is larger while the tape is narrower and does not fit in my hand as well and uses more plastic. The cover again more plastic and another type of plastic that is now totally removable MUST always be replaced because there is a very large area of tape always exposed. This large area of exposed tape picks up unwanted debris from the craft desk while in the middle of a project. The drag on the tape is tighter and more force is needed to get even pressure. I have consistently followed and paid for your increase in the price of this item. I cannot believe once again you raised the price of a now inferior product. Another disappointment you picture the original product on Staples.com and when I received my order it was NOT what I orered. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT.

Been using this product for years and have loved it. However I do not recommend the new dispenser design. Had to throw away about 5 of these half way through the roll as they get stuck and won't dispense anymore. Bad bad bad.

I've used this product for years for doing mailings for our business. The recent redesign is extremely inferior. The strip of tape is spotty and the adhesive is less sticky. I will not be buying this again.

I do not like the new design. It doesn't roll on as easy. The new dispenser is bigger the lid no longer stay attached. Please go back to the old design.

In store purchase of this item worked well I ordered additional from on line. The on line purchase item was same material different package and inferior applicator to that I had bought in store. Application not smooth and unable to dispense all the glue in the applicator.

The packaging has changed significantly; what you see pictured currently is not what you receive. The flip back cap is gone in-lieu of a standard cap and the packaging is larger making it more uncomfortable to hold and more difficult to control. The 90 degree angle to paper and hand placement they recommend in order to get the glue to lay down well if at all is awkward for me and if I hold it any other way the glue bunches on the sides.
