The tape runner is very sticky which is good but trying to apply it to anything can be difficult. One of the tape runners stopped working no matter how much pressure I applied on the paper.

I definitely am happy with this product AND continue to use same!! My only objection is that at times it tends to become sticky after lifting the product off the intended sheet to which it was applied.

I have been ordering these for a couple years and they were great...but when I received my order of them in February they were different and completely unusable! Bring back the other design!!!

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. The new redesign is horrible. I have had to return every one of these that I have purchased. The glue sticks better to the applicator than it does to paper. And once it sticks to the applicator there is really no way to fix the problem (beyond trying to take it apart). We use these daily but now I have to find a new source.

New re-disign is terrible

I use these every at work. Old design was great easily worth 5 stars the changes made are very disappointing. The new roller does not adhere glue to paper nearly as well often causing paper to crumple and is quite frustrating. Furthermore glue often catches on the side of the applicator casing the tape to get stuck. Several times attempts to free the tape have resulted in the paper backing to tear ruining the applicator. The removable cap is also an inconvenience compared to the old one that stayed attached and couldn't be lost. Over all I'm very disappointed and these changes will be searching for an alternate product.
