Staples has changed suppliers and the product is horrible. The previous product worked well but the new product fails miserably. Will not be purchasing this product any longer from Staples. In fact the product we purchased was so bad it could not be used.

The one in the picture is the old style and I loved it best in the world! The new style I received is not near the quality! So change your picture or please go back to the old technology. I'm sure fat chance that will happen!

A waste of money. The first time I used it the tape broke. Will try another brand next time.

The mechanism doesn't work well. I had to throw away one that was only slightly used. Also the glue strip rolls out with curled edges. Hard to use. I won't buy the Staples brand again.
