When I purchased the easy close envelopes I expected the adhesive to hold when sealed so far every envelope I have used left gaps in the adhesive and had to be taped down to ensure the envelope is sealed. I should have bought the regular envelopes and used tape to close them I am doing that anyway and it would have been less expensive.

The quality of these envelopes would be much better if a superior glue were used on the flaps. On numerous occasions the flap has opened up.

For some reason this email will not let me select the start rating I want but suffice to say it is a one if not lower. Quite simply the worst envelopes ever purchased. The self sealing flaps don't actually stay closed. The adhesive doesn't bond to the paper and stay closed. It's kind of gummy but does not stick and stay closed. I had to use some packing tape on both edges of the envelope to guarantee it would not open in transit and the contents fall out or be stolen. Returning the other box and writing to the manufacturer to ask for a refund on what I had left in the first box. Just don't buy these. Period.
