Staples #11 Brown Kraft gummed envelopes

These envelopes are perfect to use when sending out to local tax returns to various government taxing authorities. The envelopes are strong enough so that they don't easily tear. When I place a white label against the brown envelope the address stands out. The client receiving his or her tax returns don't get confused with all the paper that is returned to them. The clients recognize how and what to do with the enclosures going into the brown envelopes. Using these brown envelopes eliminates many unnecessary telephone calls.

The photo shows the flap as being pointed. The ones delivered (even though they have the same # of SPL535153) have a flap that is straight and parallel to the body of the envelope. When tucked in rather than moistened it unfolds and allows the folded contents to come out. These are used to store legal documents in lead-lined fire-proof filing safes.

I use these for sending invoices with a #10 return stamped envelope. You get payment faster if you send self addressed stamped envelope with invoices. Wish you stocked them In local store.

I pre print my return address and logo on these with my laser printer and use them when I 'm sending out contracts or other corespondence that requires a return envelope inside. I wish they would offer these in white. Pre gummed would also be nice especially for big mailings. This size if fairly hard to find and I'm glad Staples offers them

We were wasting postage using over-size envelopes to return paperwork to clients. This size allows you to use much less postage.
