No Longer Angel Soft

My family has been using this toilet paper for many many years. Recently the embroidery pattern was changed from what it has been for those many years. This change was not for the better. The toilet paper is now extremely rough on the skin. Not only is it rough, but it has also made the toilet paper very very flimsy. I don't think we will be able to continue to use this toilet paper.

Bad quality decision

I have used your bathroom tissue for several years, and thought it was the best on the market, but recently it seems like your product design people have decided to glue the two layers together. This was an extremely bad choice, making a very stiff tissue. Until you go back to the way you had been making it, I will be changing brands.

Changed formulation

Just opened recent purchase of toilet paper and noticed immediately that it looked different. Compared it to the last roll left from old package and the embossing and texture is totally different. A lot rougher and it seems like the quality has been lowered to cut costs and consumers are paying for this. Will need to look for another brand unless they go back to their old formulation. Disappointed as I have been loyal to this brand for many years.

My bum is still hurting

I have never in my life sought out a company to write a poor review.. but I am shocked at the recent quality of this toilet paper. It is worse than any toilet paper I have ever bought, and I am actually not even that picky about my toilet paper! I will use almost any brand, and while not the best quality most are tolerable and fine. This is not fine. I don't think it can even be considered a functional product anymore. When I say my bum is still hurting, I am actually dead serious. Will not buy again unless I hear it has been changed back!

i've been using this product for at least 20 years. The past 2 times I've purchased this if found the tissue softness has changed for the worse!! You've "cheaped" out the best product you had. Have now switched to another toilet paper. Too bad, this WAS a good product for so long.

I buy Angel Soft tissue all the time, but I'm going to switch. Tissue is no longer soft - thicker but the softness is gone.

Quality Has Tanked!

Nothing but Angel Soft forever here—loved quality for price. Removing quilting from back side causes product to be stiffer/scratchy and that’s unacceptable as often as we use. Will look elsewhere. Enjoyed doing business with you while it lasted. P.S. The lavender ones are horrible (hubby bought accidentally) since smell overwhelming—gave those away.
