What happened

Angel soft is usually my go to toilet paper, but lately I don't know what's been going on. I have been getting irritated down under from using this product. I'll have to use a different product that doesn't irritate and leave pieces behind after use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Angel not so soft?

What is happening? I have always always bought the super big pack of angel soft gor my family, we have stomach issues and angel soft has always been our first choice for working well, being soft, not causing pain and a decent price. About 2 months ago, maybe 1.5 months ago the product changed!! A lot!! So much for angel soft, maybe angel not so soft? This is painful and abrasive, and for a special needs family and for someone who has MCAS(a medical condition that causes me to have allergic reactions to things randomly) this is crazy. I have always loved angel soft and always chose to use it over anything else. I always felt spoiled it was actually soft and worked well for a good price. It's painful now, it rips and tears and you have to use far more then usual. I don't know what happened but I am so upset and disappointed and dissatisfied. I've used this company for over 15 years. Never with any issues and now this? Can yall fix it and go back to normal please??

Angel Soft has lost its softness.

I've been buying the Angel Soft Toilet Paper for a few years and was very pleased with the quality and softness. However, within at least the past 2 months, the toilet tissue feels rough.

Shrinking Rolls

Angel Soft was our go to toilet paper until we just noticed this: Their rolls are now only 3 3/4" long! Now even toilet paper is becoming smaller and cheaper, like everything else. DISGUSTING!

Poor quality

Wasn’t happy with my 18 mega pack most of the rolls are shredded Toilet paper was going into shreds. I have pictures to prove it. That I bought on the month of April 2025.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been purchasing the individuallly wrapped mega rolls by the case for several years. They are the best for my sewage setup. The recent case is considerably worse that in past years. It feels like thin and very tearable single ply. I’ll be looking for a new brand next year😞.

can't recycle the plastic packaging

I tried to find a way to email or contact you through the website but I failed to find it. Why can you only recycle the paper tubing....why not the HUGE see thru plastic wrapping?
