What happen to the Value and Quality?

Angel Soft has always been out go to toilet paper mainly because the lower price for a good quality product but lately i'm not so happy with the product. At least the last 2 12 roll packages I've purchased reminded me of the cheap toilet paper from discount stores. It's rough and the past couple packages the rolls were not lined up correctly causing it to pull apart from a 2 ply to a 1 ply by time you were done and wasting to much at times especially when the grand kids were here. Please take a look at these reviews because I see that I'm not the only one complaining about these issues and I also think I'll be changing to another product to get the quality

I have scraped my nether regions with a fingernail when it pokes through the continually thinning layers of Angel Soft for the last time. What happened to the quality product I have used and loved and for years? Adding scents doesn't cover up the stench of an inferior product.

I have been an Angel Soft customer for years and years and now it is like sandpaper!! I had an older roll hidden and the difference is so drastic in quality that I felt the need to write this review in hopes corporate will stop cheating their loyal customers. COVID, SUPPLY CHAINS, ETC.... does NOT excuse the drastic changes in product quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free product of Angel Soft® Toilet Paper from tryitsampling. This paper it's very soft and it doesn't fall apart. It's a two ply. I do prefer one ply, but this paper even with two ply it's still thing enough to avoid toilet clogged.

I love your product I hate your Mega Rolls

we are being forced by makers into buying MEGA rolls rather the want them or not. Not of my recessed in the wall toilet paper holders are large enough to have them fit. We have to use a 1/4 roll to be able to mount them. We have three roll holds in each bathroom as well, and guess what. They do not fit those either. WHY ARE YOU FORCING THESE ON US?

Used to be better, unscented not unscented

Used to be better before they made it more fluffy. The TP isn't as well constructed plus the roll doesn't last as long, please go back to your previous products.
Another issue is that I can't buy an 8 pack anymore because even if it says unscented it reeks from the lavender stink you put on the scented rolls.
If I'm buying UNSCENTED it shouldn't have a scent. At all. I even have this issue at times with the 4 pack so I am going to have to change brands if this continues.
