Angel Soft was the only brand of toilet paper I bought for over 15 years. Not anymore. The paper is coarser and more abrasive and even less white. And how is it even possible that my local supermarket raised their price at the same time as the change to a cheaper product! I will not buy Angel Soft again.

Feels like cheap stuff

What happened to the quality of your product? It is no longer soft and thick. Feels like the cheap stuff. Don't know why the quality went down hill, but we won't be buying Angel Soft anymore. FYI you have been our go to brand for more than 20 years.

I've been using this product before it became Angel Soft. It was a good maneuver changing the name as it is soft as a cloud.

Regular rolls gone so is the softness

Have been using it for years but now changing because you changed the softness of the tissue and size of the rolls
