I brought this pack just last week as soon as I used the first roll, it Was shredding the whole world Was like that I like to know how I can get a coupon or my money back because all roads were defected this way most of them about half more than half were defected. I have pictures.

What Happened??

I purchased your product for years when it was first introduced, so I remember the softness and plushness of the original Angel Soft.
Recently, I purchased Angel Soft Mega Roll. What happened? This isn't the Angel Soft I remember! This Angel Soft is rough, thin, and useless. It feels like the cheap, nasty TP put in stadium and airport stalls. I quickly grabbed the package to see if you had gone single-ply. The package claims to be two ply, but I am unable to separate the layers. The TP on this roll is so thin, I could see through it! I'm so disappointed!
What happened?? Were you bought out by an overseas company used to giving American consumers horrible products that don't work? Did you lose the original formula? What?

Mega is not equal to 4 rolls

How do you calculate that a mega roll is equal to four rolls? A mega roll has 320 sheets. No manufacturer only has 80 sheets to a single roll. Even is you say that since it’s two-ply, each sheet counts as two, that’s absolutely misleading. Nobody takes a two ply and splits each sheet into two sheets.

I started using Angelsoft toilet tissue right after covid and is reasonably priced.

Quality has gone awau

I have bought Angel Soft Toilet Paper for years because it is soft and durable. Within the last 6 months the quality has gone away completely. It is so thin and the two layers won't stay together. It is no better than Great Value. I might as well buy theirs and save. I would pay more (and we do all ready) for the old quality toilet paper but not for the kind we get today.
