Change in Angel Soft Why?????

I have been using Angel Soft for over 45 years. Had a family of 7 therefor lots of product. This last time the TP if rough and not the same WHY?????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used Angel Soft for over 30 yrs. It used to be great but not it feels like cheap brown paper towels you dry your hands on at a truck stop! It's rough and feels cheap!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Anything buy soft

I purchased 2 of the 12 packs of mega rolls. I am sorry I ever bought 2. After going thru the first pack and opening the second pack I am finding that it reminds me of fine sandpaper. They are rough to the touch and after using it for a while I am became sore when I used it. For the elderly and people with sensitive skin and that this is not the product for them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HORRIBLE QUALITY!

Purchased the soft & strong 4-mega roll pack. IT IS NEITHER SOFT NOR STRONG!! I also don't see "2-Ply" Don't know what happened in your manufacturing process but it is not the same as I've purchased before. It LITERALLY falls apart in my hand and leaves a crumpled residue in the nether region! Where I used to only have to use 3-5 sheets, I now use 10-12 and is sometimes still not enough! Will NOT be buying again! Fortunately I only have 4 rolls! What a waste of money! Disappointed.

In the past Angel Soft was the best! What happen

I have been using Angel Soft for years. For some reason I brought my toilet paper for the month and it fells like I'm using paper towels. Very uncomfortable than I am use to using. Help!!

Something has changed

I’ve always bought Angel Soft and this last package feels less than institutional quality. It’s actually scratchy. I’m buying another package, different roll distribution, to give it another chance because it’s always been good, but if the formula has changed, I’ll have to switch to something softer.

I hav been purchasing Angel Soft for 13 years,
I am a survivor of colorectal cancer. I tried many brands of toilet paper, but settled on this brand due to its degree of softness and strength. Not 🚫 very soft, but strong enough not to shred.
The last few rolls have been uncomfortably rough. Trust me, I know as my bottom is sensitive due to the surgeries I have had. I hope you fix this, as a long-standing customer, I'd hate to start over. Hence, my drop from a rating of 5 to a 3.
