I was a dedicated buyer of the 24 rolls for many years, now it seems like we are being forced to buy this double or mega roll that doesn't perform like the original 2 ply that was perfectly form together. Without a option that suits my needs or wants. I'm very disappointed in Angle Soft's choice & I'm in search of a better brand.

I really wanted to like it bc i had to change it less often, but how could I when you cram so much paper on a roll just to b able to call it Mega that it's thin & flat!?! I'm used to ur other tp & have bought it regularly for 20+ years, but idk, this may b the last...

The New Mega Roll 528 Sheets per Roll

I am disappointed with two aspects of the new product:
1. The card board roll is larger, large enough to fit an old roll inside of it with room to spare.
2. It's not nearly as soft as it was previously and the the quilting is gone until the very end of the roll, causing the 2-ply sheets to separate easily.

I'm still happy that it only has a very slight amount of lint. Softness + less lent were the reasons have chosen Angel Soft for years.

Change is not always a good thing

I have used this brand of toilet paper most of my life, and by most I mean since I have been old enough to purchase my own toiletries. Well I have to say after my most recent purchase I am extremely disappointed. I realize our economy is not at the greatest place right now and changes have to be implemented. However, I also believe when a product is worth the consumers cost they will continue to buy- regardless of the price. I will no longer be purchasing this brand of toilet paper, I have not “ investigated “ why changes have been made but it is one that I am not willing to compromise on my comfort with. The “updated” toilet paper is rough and no where near a pleasurable experience that it use to be. Woman, as well as men are very sensitive and this new format, formula call it what you will is terrible!

what happened to the two soft layers.

My family has been a loyal customer of Angel Soft for the past 15 years . When did they stop making it with two soft embossed layers? I have been noticing for the past several months the toilet tissue seems so very thin. It requires more tissue to be used for wiping to get clean and dry. I am seriously considering changing brands. I am very disappointed in the newer Angel Soft product.
