Fix whatever you broke!

We have bought angel soft for over 10 years the last package we purchased is rough and thin. I dont know why your product is now of public restroom quality but we will be donating what is left of this package and finding a new brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Missing perforations

We recently purchased 12 double = 24 regular rolls package of Angel Soft bathroom paper. Several rolls of this package were missing some perforations. Resulting in excessive and unnecessary waste of paper. Unfortunately, at the time, my cell phone or a camera were not in a convenient location, to take a photo.

This is my #1 brand of toilet paper. I will only buy a different brand if the store is completely out of Angel Soft.

I love Angel Soft but I prefer the scented tubes. They really do refresh the bathroom! Do you not make them anymore? Please bring them back!!
