I am so upset you discontinued the pretty prints. I bought this product for the prints and was very happy with it. Very useful for potty training.

Angel Soft used to be our go to, but now the rolls are either incredibly thin and feel like sandpaper or terribly thick and linty and give every female who uses them an infection. It's disappointing to have to switch brands after using this one for so long, but I won't throw my money away on any more.

Angel Soft is not soft anymore!

I have been using Angel Soft for years. It is the only brand toilet paper I buy. But this last package I bought feels different. It is not as soft as all the previous packages I have purchased. If the quality of the rolls in the next package I buy is not like it used to be, I will have to look for a new brand of toilet paper.

I’ve been a faithful consumer of angel soft for years. Unless there is a change for the better I’ll have to move on. Whatever I’ve been purchasing for months is awful-appearance is different & texture is bad and definitely not the same. Are y’all going back to the good stuff?

We have been using your product for well over 15 years. We selected it because it had a great rating on being easy on septic systems. I don't know what you changed or why you changed it but it is no longer soft. The texture is now horrible. It feels cheap and rough. We will not be purchasing this product.

We have used this product for years and been very happy with it. The last few months - not so much. On many of the rolls the plies are not together which is inconvenient. We hope that you will fix this problem so that we can enjoy using it again.

Fewer Sheets for Same Price

I have purchased Angel Soft toilet paper for years and years. The softness and efficiency of the product itself is the same great quality my family has come to expect. However, I was thoroughly disappointed to find out that the 36 double roll package (36 rolls x 264 = 9,504 sheets) that I have been purchasing has been replaced with the 18 mega rolls (18 rolls x 484 = 8,712 sheets). That 8% less (792 sheets) for the same price, two less rolls than what I bought a few weeks ago. FOR THE SAME PRICE!! Time to start investigating some other brands.
