not so happy consumer

I bought the 18 Mega=72 regular (480 +Sheets) about a month ago,and we're just opening package. I find this paper not as soft as the 36 roll double roll that we were buying before. I'ts bad when my 15 yr old yells from his bathroom and ask where did I get the tissue from,because it was rough paper. I'd like to know have the ingredients been changed or whats going on.

I have always bought Angel Soft like the quality and the price but after buying the new Angel Soft I was disappointed I don't like it I won't be buying it again. Suggestion put it back the way it was originally.

Angel Soft Toilet Tissure Rolls

I used Angel Soft in my home for a very very long time. Angel Soft was a good product way back when but then the rolls started shrinking in width of the rolls and length then I started noticing the quality of the tissue was harder to get a new roll started the tissue would separate causing a mess then ending up with a single ply tissue.
Overtime I found each the rolls of tissue shrank in size both ways became drastically thinner.
I don’t understand how this tissue paper can be called Angel Soft when it’s so rough it causes irritation it’s not living up to its name. My husband demanded that I stop purchasing Angel Soft.

Compromised quality

I have been an Angal Soft fan for years. Good product for a competitive price. Lately it seems the maker has compromised quality. I didn't mind getting smaller rolls to help their bottom line but, now that it is so thin and rough, it is longer a product that I will be able to use. That "won't" help their bottom line! I hope they decide to produce a quality product similar to what have in the past. Good luck.

Angel Soft not so soft anymore.

I've used Angel Soft for at least 14 years. The latest package I picked up is a completely different product. It is not soft. The tissue is flat, rough and thin. I will not purchase Angel Soft for at least another 3 months. Hopefully by then their loyal customer base will have dwindled and they will decide to return to the previous product they use to make. And if i havent found a new favorite I'll give them another try.

This is different!

What happened to Angel Soft?? The last pack I bought was definitely different and I thought it was a bad batch but I bought a new pack and it is different as well. Evidently, you have changed the formula! I have bought Angel Soft for my family for over a decade and it was the best toilet paper. It was soft and had a silky feel, it was the perfect thickness and most importantly, it was strong. This new formula is rough and tears apart, it is not durable when most needed. I am completely disappointed. Even my husband noticed the difference. Why do companies change good products? There was no reason and now I have to find a product that works as well as Angel Soft used to.
