I noticed something changed in your toilet paper. It's not as soft as it was. The last 2 packs I brought, Just isn't the same . What did you do different ? You need to go back to the old way of making it. I won't be buying this anymore...I would have recommend it to others , but not since it changed.

Lasting and affordable. Needed for a budget. The economy isn't forgiving at all anymore. Need products like these. We need " Angles" watching ovet us. (haha)

to much on one roll

i'm going with a different brand, rolls are to big won't fit on dispenserors or in storage containers, tubes are always out of round, go back to normal size rolls, I'm going with your competition even if it cost me more money

I buy angel soft 12 pk of mega rolls all the time. I love it - soft & gentle. However, I just bought 2 packages, 1 was fine or as usual, but the other one was very tough &:feels more like news paper than toilet tissue. I am very disappointed.

I have been a long time Angel Soft fan. Recently the toilet tissue has changed and now I will have to change brands. If I wanted thin scratchy toilet paper I could buy a cheaper brand. Bad change Angel soft.

Terrible toilet paper...what happened to it?

I bought this toilet paper 3 weeks ago and it is like wiping yourself with crepe paper or rough paper towels. I had colon/rectal cancer and using this is very uncomfortable. My daughter has breast cancer and gets diarrhea from chemo and this is too rough for her too. Just because you added the word 'strong' doesn't mean you have to make this uncomfortable. Now it's caused an argument in my family. My boyfriend thinks because we bought this, we should use it, and I refuse to do that. I don't know if I can return it to the store, but this is junk toilet paper.

Difference in quality

I’ve used Angel Soft for years but recently notice don’t there’s a different quality when purchasing different packaging. The 24 double roll pack is much softer than 12 pack family rolls. So the 4 stars for the 24 double roll pack. 2 stars would be for 12 pack
